Responsibilities

Lead by example while handling a high volume of inbound, motivated borrower calls

Convert leads into applications and applications into funded loans

Own and maintain a clean, compliant, high-performing pipeline in a fast-paced call center

Partner closely with processing, underwriting, and closing to keep turn times tight and deals moving

Mentor, coach, and develop Loan Officers in a high-volume production environment

Lead onboarding and ongoing training around call flow, objection handling, product knowledge, compliance, and systems

Monitor calls, review pipelines, and coach performance to maximize conversion and quality

Track and reinforce key metrics: contact rate, application rate, pull-through, cycle time, and funding volume

Set the tone for accountability, consistency, and best practices across the team
