They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering/Hot Test Intern to assist in the study and analysis of plant assembly processes, as well as contribute to various continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
Study, and analyze plant assembly processes
Development and document plant assembly processes
Flexibility to address special projects as they arise
Assist in continuous improvement efforts focusing on:
Departmental improvement quality projects
Line Balance optimization
Ergonomic Improvement projects
Overall departmental efficiency improvements
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an Engineering Program
Completed their Sophomore year of College
Excellent technical, verbal, written and presentations skills
Proven problem solving skills
Must be flexible to work portions of day and evening shift
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
MS office, specifically excel spreadsheets
Preferred
Ability to work in a self-directed environment
A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferable
