Design, manage, and maintain enterprise Windows 11 desktop infrastructure for attorneys and legal staff
Lead Litera product administration, ensuring reliability of legal-specific applications and tools
Build, package, deploy, and maintain applications using SCCM and Application Packaging best practices
Administer and support enterprise Citrix environments, including configuration and troubleshooting
Develop and enforce desktop security, patching, and deployment standards in a high-availability environment
Partner with stakeholders and provide advanced troubleshooting for complex desktop engineering issues
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Desktop Engineering role supporting a highly regulated law firm environment (not helpdesk or deskside support)
Hybrid work model with location preference in the following order: Boston, MA (primary), Chicago, IL, New York, NY
Direct-hire, full-time position with long-term stability and ownership of desktop engineering functions
Design, manage, and maintain enterprise Windows 11 desktop infrastructure for attorneys and legal staff
