New Grad, Entry LevelEarly Learning Coalition of Duval is seeking an Accounting & Contract Specialist to join their Finance department. This role involves coordinating contractual arrangements, maintaining contract records, supporting funding invoices, and assisting with audits and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities
Coordinates and prepares all contractual arrangements
Prepares and facilitates Request for Proposals for services
Maintains active contract status records and up to date contract files with all applicable documents
Assists with audits by retrieving contracts as needed
Enters Accounts Receivable receipts into accounting system
Provides support for funding invoices, including assembling invoice documentation
Prepares childcare enhancement and stipend payments/uploads for review by Accounting Manager
Payroll entry into accounting system
Provides support for funding invoices, including assembling invoice documentation
Assists with annual physical inventory of coalition assets
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Ability to communicate effectively with various people
Knowledge of State of Florida purchasing practices
Knowledge of accounting principles and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Associate's degree in a related field
State of Florida purchasing and/or contracting experience
