5+ years expOnward Search Education is partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Associate Producer. This role involves managing production workflows for physical and boxed products, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and effective communication across teams.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire production lifecycle for physical product programs, from initial planning to delivery
Ensure project briefs are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with marketing and business goals
Maintain open communication, providing updates, addressing risks, and facilitating decision-making
Act as the main contact across various teams including Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative, Sales, Consumer Products, and Operations
Develop and track detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Qualification
Required
At least five years of experience in production, project management, or operations within gaming, entertainment, marketing, or consumer products
Familiarity with creative workflows, packaging, or product manufacturing processes
Strong organizational skills to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail with reliable follow-through
