The Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) is a nonprofit research-based think tank in Austin, Texas, seeking a talented and mission-driven Videographer. The role involves recording, editing, and delivering engaging video content that supports the organization's communications and policy storytelling efforts.

Responsibilities
Film and edit short-form and mid-form content (social reels/shorts, clips, event recaps, interviews)
Add and format captions/subtitles, on-screen text, and simple lower-thirds consistent with brand guidelines
Perform basic audio cleanup (dialogue clarity/levels) and color correction for a polished finish
Export deliverables to correct platform specs and maintain versioning as needed
Maintain organized project files and media; follow team naming/storage conventions
Receive and implement feedback quickly; collaborate closely with producers and stakeholders to hit deadlines
Travel on occasion for shoots outside the office
Qualification
Required
A deep commitment to the principles of liberty, personal responsibility, and free enterprise
1–2 years of experience (internships/portfolio work welcome); portfolio required
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro acceptable with strong portfolio)
Solid editorial judgment (story clarity, pacing, attention to detail)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and a team-first, solutions-oriented attitude
