Accounts / Business Development Executive at Metro Elevator DFW
Metro Elevator is searching for a highly motivated Account / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to grow the maintenance business portfolio. The role involves proactively prospecting for new business and building relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Prospect and negotiate service contracts through presentations and differing approaches
Meet aggressive service portfolio and repair growth targets in assigned territory
Qualify and pursue new customer leads to generate reoccurring maintenance revenue within assigned territory
Understand market conditions and customers to present tailored solutions to meet their needs
Grasp product knowledge of elevators/escalators by partnering with operations and sales management and sell solutions to new and existing customers
Manage opportunities and pipeline in Metro's sales tools and provide accurate forecasting
Qualification
Required
Ability to work dynamically and quickly in a team-oriented atmosphere
Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to create relationships internally and externally
Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing or related field
A minimum of two (2) years of successful industry sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of the elevator industry
