Records and Registration Assistant - MCHS

Responsibilities
Manages communications for the Registrar’s Office by phone/email
Manages the Student Information System for the Registrar’s office. Ensures registration and enrollment data entered is accurate and timely
Oversees the enrollment verification processes each semester
Coordinates student attendance verification with faculty to meet federal financial aid compliance
Assists Registrar with developing course term schedules
Assists in the planning and coordination of commencement
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree
Demonstrated technical ability with information systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communicative skills
Preferred
Knowledgeable about governmental regulations pertaining to higher education
Experience working in a Registrar's office or higher education
