Akkodis is seeking a talented full-time Systems Project Manager (OTA Test Lead) with experience in HiL and relevant ADAS components. The role involves managing project scope, timeline, and budget while leading project execution and risk management in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses

Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities

Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration, and implementation

Risk Management and Mitigation Planning; Experience working with ADAS Sensors (Radar, Camera, Ultrasonic, etc.)

Work in a highly leveraged, cross functional team

Working within a tightly revision-controlled environment (using a version control tool such as Subversion or git) an asset

Ability to lead requirements elicitation, analysis and decomposition following a top-down System design approach (realized through Model-Based Systems Engineering) and integrating their deep experience-based requirement definition into the process

Experience with solutioning technical problems and effectively communicating with the team ideas

Required

Bachelor's degree is required. Electrical trade or engineering majors are helpful

5+ years of professional experience across relevant Systems components. Including but not limited to sub-systems like Battery Management Systems, Hydraulic, Braking, Bluetooth

At least 3 years ADAS/AV test manager or leadership experience

Familiarity with measurement and calibration tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, etc

Familiar with HiL simulations, specifically using DSpace

Experience with fine-tuning vehicle behavior (steering, braking) to OEM's comfort level in terms of user experience
