Responsibilities

Achieve a 90% rate of prospect engagement by passionately demonstrating comprehensive product and industry knowledge, effectively articulating software benefits that align with their needs and add value to their business
Ensure that 100% of the team completes quarterly training on the latest industry technology and trends
Achieve a 95% adherence to established sales processes, including meticulous CRM maintenance, while ensuring at least 75% of the pipeline is consistently filled with new potential clients through proactive outreach
Ensure that 60% of your pipeline is filled with company-provided leads and 40% with self-generated leads to maintain a balanced prospecting strategy
Achieve a 90% customer trust rating, as measured by post-interaction surveys, indicating successful establishment of rapport as a Trusted Advisor
Achieve a 90% completion rate of comprehensive needs analyses for all potential customers identified during new opportunity assessment
Increase the conversion rate of prospective clients who believe our product or service best satisfies their needs from 30% to 45% within six months
Achieve a 90% client satisfaction rate by effectively combining industry and software knowledge with sales skills to interpret and manage client expectations
Providing pre-sales assistance and product education
100%of sales team members actively collaborating towards shared goals and demonstrating camaraderie, measured quarterly, with a target of 85% participation
Maintain a positive, friendly, and resilient attitude while demonstrating excellent business acumen
Achieve a 90% objection resolution rate with a 95% customer satisfaction rating through firm yet pleasant interaction
Achieve and exceed personal and company goals with a relentless drive, aiming for a 10% increase in performance metrics annually
Occasional speaking at conferences/ events in a confident/ educational manner
Percentage of time spent on self-review and improvement of outputs, aiming for a 90% completion rate quarterly

Required

Previous sales experience and/or training is required
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency with technology including iPads and smartphones, as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Powerful sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
Naturally inquisitive

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Experience in presenting is an advantage– particularly regarding software
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
