Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end PAS implementations into P&C insurers
Operate at programme/project level, overseeing multiple workstreams and delivery teams
Manage senior client stakeholders and internal leadership engagement
Work closely with the VP of Delivery, based in the United States
Support enterprise-scale insurance software deployments across multiple regions
Qualification
Required
Demonstrable experience leading PAS implementations into P&C insurers as either a project or programme manager - THIS IS ESSENTIAL
Experience gained from a software vendor, consultancy, or insurance end-user environment
Strong project management across complex enterprise software initiatives
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile SaaS organisation
First class stakeholder management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
Must be based in the USA with full right to work
