Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles, including Technology, Clinical (CMA), Administrative, Accounting, Sales, Product, IT, and Provider Engagement
Conduct 6–8 interviews daily , ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient process
Utilize Workable ATS (including AI recruitment features) and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and pipeline management
Partner with hiring managers to understand complex role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates quickly
Maintain compliance and accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success in IT, business, and healthcare sectors
Strong ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Workable ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal training
