Managing engagement teams and coordinating with clients throughout the transaction process
Overseeing deliverables and presenting key findings and insights to clients
Providing technical and advisory financial and accounting due diligence services to private equity clients and portfolio companies
Performing complex financial analyses, including:
Cash flow analysis
Quality of earnings and assets
Operating and profitability trends
Working capital assessments
Identification of potential liabilities and transaction risks
Leading engagement execution, including preparation of deliverables and presentation of key financial due diligence findings
Qualification
Required
Leadership position delivering buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence to private equity groups across multiple industries
Managing engagement teams and coordinating with clients throughout the transaction process
Overseeing deliverables and presenting key findings and insights to clients
