This role focuses on transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets and involves collaborating with various stakeholders to support reporting and self-service analytics across the organization.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake using curated data from ELT pipelines
Develop and support semantic views to standardize business logic, definitions, and metrics
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs and translate them into scalable data solutions
Enable and support self-service analytics across BI tools such as Sigma and Power BI
Define, document, and maintain clear metric definitions and dataset documentation
Monitor, validate, and improve data quality, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to continuously improve the analytics data layer
Support AI and advanced analytics use cases by delivering high-quality, well-structured datasets suitable for forecasting, machine learning, and generative AI
Ensure data is AI-ready by maintaining consistent feature definitions, freshness standards, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Motivated and technically strong
Experience in designing, building, and maintaining analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake
Experience with modern ELT tools
Ability to develop and support semantic views to standardize business logic, definitions, and metrics
Experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs
Ability to enable and support self-service analytics across BI tools such as Sigma and Power BI
Experience defining, documenting, and maintaining clear metric definitions and dataset documentation
Ability to monitor, validate, and improve data quality, reliability, and performance
Experience collaborating with data engineering and platform teams
Ability to support AI and advanced analytics use cases
Experience ensuring data is AI-ready by maintaining consistent feature definitions, freshness standards, and documentation
