Morgan Franklin Consulting LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic business partner for Highspring’s Managed Services business unit. The role involves providing HR support to US and global employees, overseeing HR systems, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and improving employee performance.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Managed Services, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness

Provide performance management guidance to leadership (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions); focus on improving work relationships, building morale, and creating retention

Create processes and solutions in partnership with leadership which support a positive employee environment through effective communications, policies, and practices

Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Identify strategies to increase employee performance and change readiness while designing metrics to track the effectiveness of programs

Analyze trends and metrics on turnover in partnership with HR leaders

Collaborate with HR leaders on strategic and operational HR projects and programs

Required

5 - 7 years experience in Human Resources supporting global employees

Bachelor's degree required

Proficient with Microsoft Office
