Pacer Staffing is seeking a UX/UI Designer to own the design process from discovery through to UI. The role involves designing for an in-house content management system and creating user-centered solutions while collaborating with software developers and product teams.

Responsibilities

Own the design process end to end (discovery → UX → UI)

Design primarily UI (60%) with a strong UX foundation (40%)

Work with and extend existing design systems (and help evolve them)

Partner closely with software developers and product teams

Design for an in-house content management system

Create practical, user-centered solutions (polish is nice, clarity is essential)

Required

Strong experience with Figma

Proven ability to build, use, and scale design systems (non-negotiable)

Self-directed and confident working independently

Portfolio required — we value solution-oriented, user-centered work over fancy visuals

4-7 years of experience

Preferred

Comfortable working in larger companies or complex environments (big-company experience is a plus)

Experience designing for TV platforms is a plus
