Responsibilities

Gather and document business functional requirements (use cases, flow charts, diagrams)

Translate business processes and user needs into system requirement specifications, new enhancements and new applications

Develop test cases, conduct/document test results, and support system maintenance

Coordinate with development teams and support project implementation

Provide direct customer support and ensure solutions meet business needs

Stay current on industry trends and present functional and/or technical solution enhancements that add value

Occasional travel may be required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field

Minimum 3 years of work experience

Background in one or more of the following areas: Financial Planning & Analysis, Network Schedule Planning, Revenue Management, Data Analytics or Business Consulting

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with BI and reporting tools e.g. Oracle Analytics, Power BI, SAP Analytics, Tableau, Cognos Analytics, Qlik, or similar platforms

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle

Project management and leadership experience

Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently

English fluency required
