Responsibilities
Provide therapy and behavioral health counseling to youth and families
Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans
Serve as the primary clinician for assigned foster care cases
Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic health record
Collaborate with foster parents, schools, courts, and community partners
Attend treatment team meetings and court-related appointments
Use trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Active Ohio LSW or LPC license required
Interest in working toward independent licensure (LISW / LPCC)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work in community-based and home-based settings
Valid Ohio driver's license and willingness to travel locally
