Sales Operations Manager
Confidential is a company that supports multi-site operators in managing their facilities and service environments. They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to design and improve the operational processes that enable effective collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities
Build and evolve the operating model for how leads, opportunities, and customers move through our business
Design workflows that connect marketing activity to sales execution and customer success outcomes
Own the structure and governance of our revenue systems, including CRM, automation, enrichment, routing, and analytics tools
Translate leadership goals into dashboards, metrics, and reporting that show what is working and what is not
Create rules for how data is captured, maintained, and used across teams
Partner with sales leaders to improve pipeline health, deal movement, and forecasting accuracy
Partner with marketing to improve how campaigns are measured, targeted, and optimized
Build processes for lead intake, qualification, handoff, and follow-up
Develop documentation and training so teams know how to use systems correctly
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or data gaps and design solutions to fix them
Qualification
Required
Experience building or running revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations in a SaaS environment
Comfort working across multiple systems such as CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, and analytics tools
Strong understanding of how leads become customers in a B2B funnel
Ability to turn messy inputs into clear processes and reliable data
Analytical mindset with the ability to explain performance in simple terms
Confidence working with executives, managers, and frontline teams
Self-directed style and comfort operating in a fast-changing environment
Desire to build, improve, and own operational systems rather than just maintain them
