Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining and growing a book of large commercial insurance property & casualty accounts with a strong emphasis on Real Estate
Act as the main client contact, addressing inquiries, providing proactive support, and building strong relationships to ensure high retention rates
Manage transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts, including policy maintenance, endorsements, certificates, binders, and invoices
Manage client renewal expirations, avoiding any lapse in coverage by preparing applications, marketing renewals, and negotiating with carriers on behalf of clients
Evaluate client exposures to provide policies that protect new and renewal clients appropriately as well as making insurance program recommendations
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system (AMS360) ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and company standards
Partner with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to negotiate terms, endorsements, and pricing while delegating administrative tasks to Account Representatives
Qualification
Required
License: Property & Casualty
Preferred
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
License: Property & Casualty (TX)
Certifications: CIC or CISR
Management System: AMS360, PaperPort
Computer Skills: DocuSign, Adobe, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Word
