Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying and investigating issues found during testing, and updating test cases based on discovered defects

Works closely with software developers and software quality analysts to resolve issues

Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing

Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents

Define Test Strategy and End to End Scenarios

Understands key daily reporting elements needed for stakeholders and partners

Participate on continuous improvement efforts within the QA organization & Research and evaluate new testing technologies and tools

Other relevant tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned

Qualification

Automation scriptingTest management toolsAgile/Scrum methodologySoftware development processesEffective communication

Required

Moderate experience in software development processes and QA methodologies

Effective oral and written communication skills

Experience in industry standard test management tools

Experience testing in an Agile/Scrum methodology

Moderate experience developing automation scripts using Playwright, TypeScript, TestNG or equivalent tools and technologies

4+ years of direct experience in related field

Preferred

Degree preferred but not required for the role
