Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and business objectives
Conduct comprehensive searches for qualified candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques, computer databases
Networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals
Screen applicants thoroughly to obtain detailed information on work history, training, education, and job skills
Prepare and maintain accurate employment records and recruitment documentation
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration status, and selection decisions
Inform potential applicants about organizational facilities, operations, benefits, and career opportunities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive-level positions across multiple functions
Conduct talent mapping and pipeline building activities for future organizational needs
Provide market insights and present findings to recruiters, hiring managers, and business leadership
Proactively engage talent for both immediate and future opportunities

Required

8+ years of talent sourcing experience with at least 4 years focused on executive-level recruitment
8+ years of experience recruiting engineering talent in the technology sector, preferably within enterprise-level software, cloud services, and AI/ML innovation sectors
Proven track record hiring business, product, and engineering executives as well as executive-level individual contributors within the tech industry
Experience recruiting senior sales, marketing, and product leaders in the technology market
Direct experience working with hiring managers and business leaders on executive-level searches
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
Advanced verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comprehensive knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and employment law
Deep understanding of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training at executive levels
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning
Proficiency with computer office productivity applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Expertise with standard talent acquisition applications including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and other sourcing tools
Advanced Boolean search capabilities and talent mapping expertise
Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making
Executive-level screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills

Preferred

Executive search experience with an executive search firm combined with client-side executive search experience strongly preferred
Experience hiring corporate function roles in addition to engineering roles is advantageous
