Inside Sales Representative (K–12 Education, Part-Time | Contract)
Inspire High is an award-winning virtual educational program that connects students to the real world. They are seeking a part-time Inside Sales Representative to make high-volume outbound calls to schools, identify stakeholders, and book meetings for their internal team.

Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S. middle and high schools
Navigate school front offices and identify the correct stakeholders (DEI leads, Global Program leads etc.)
Deliver a short, clear introduction to our program
Book initial meetings with interested schools for our team
Follow up with stakeholders via email as necessary
Log call outcomes, notes, and meeting status accurately in HubSpot
Manage your time and follow-ups effectively to reconnect with schools at the right time of day or week
Qualification
Required
Proven experience cold calling and booking meetings, preferably in a B2B / education context
Demonstrated track record of successfully booking meetings
Comfortable making 40+ outbound calls per day
Confident, friendly, and professional on the phone
Resilient — not discouraged by voicemail, gatekeepers, or rejection
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Native or bilingual proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Preferred
Prior experience calling K–12 schools
Background in EdTech, education sales, or school-facing outreach
Experience using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
