You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, improve processes, and support customer requirements
Constant communication and reporting are essential for progress updates and project management
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and laboratory techniques
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research to evaluate and optimize processes
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings effectively
Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt and think analytically
High mechanical aptitude
Relevant prior experience in finishing disciplines
