Assist K-12 schools and community colleges in overcoming a wide range of legal challenges
Manage a full caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish
Draft and argue motions (e.g., summary judgment) and take/defend depositions

Qualification

Required

Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
California Bar Admission: Required

Preferred

Insurance defense and public entity defense experience are beneficial, as is federal court and trial experience (though not required)
