Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting functions
Monitor and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Analyze financial results, variances, and trends, providing actionable insights to management
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Support audits by preparing schedules, responding to inquiries, and providing documentation as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in consumer products, manufacturing, or retail industries
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in ERP systems (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
Preferred
CPA or CMA
