Responsibilities
Apply advanced analytical techniques to complex business problems, translating data into clear, executive-ready insights and visualizations
Introduce automation into daily analytical workflows to accelerate insight generation and trend identification
Develop machine learning and statistical models to uncover behavioral patterns and forecast cost and performance metrics
Connect analytical outputs to underlying business and customer behavior to explain performance drivers and shifts
Deliver rapid, high-quality analysis and recommendations under tight timelines
Build and maintain forecasting models to support weekly and monthly planning across volume, efficiency, and behavioral trends
Support the design, execution, and evaluation of experiments, including A/B testing and optimization initiatives
Establish scalable processes to improve the efficiency and consistency of recurring business insights
Partner with data science and engineering teams to operationalize models, ensure scalability, and validate performance
Track market and competitive movements to inform pricing and optimization strategies
Proven ability to quickly synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery, accuracy, and impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting, or strategy roles with demonstrated business results
Ability to clearly link analytical findings to business context and communicate drivers behind outcomes
Results-oriented approach with the ability to perform under tight deadlines
Preferred
Deep experience in data science, pricing strategy, revenue management, and experimental design
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills
Experience operating in highly matrixed, global organizations
