District Manager
Division One Services is a trusted provider of high-quality commercial janitorial and cleaning services. The District Manager will oversee all operations in the greater Nashville area, leading a team to achieve corporate goals for revenue growth, client retention, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead overall hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination decisions for all personnel in the district to build a high-performing, reliable team
Manage the district's P&L, including budgeting, cost control, revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and driving profitable growth through new business and upselling services
Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are skilled in commercial cleaning techniques, equipment use, green cleaning practices, and client-specific protocols
Champion safety programs, enforce OSHA and company standards, conduct regular safety audits, training sessions, and incident investigations to maintain a zero-incident culture
Drive corporate goals around client satisfaction, quality assurance, retention rates, and key performance metrics (e.g., contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and service scores)
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, quality inspections, site visits, equipment/supply management, and rapid resolution of client issues or service gaps
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for expansion and new account acquisition in the Nashville metro and surrounding areas
Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and collaborate with senior leadership to align district efforts with company-wide objectives
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to labor, safety, and environmental standards in commercial cleaning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience in commercial cleaning/janitorial services, with at least 2–3 years in a multi-site supervisory or district management role
Proven track record of P&L management, team leadership, and achieving revenue/profit targets in a service-based industry
Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning operations, equipment, chemicals, safety protocols (OSHA), and quality control processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate teams and handle client escalations professionally
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel throughout the greater Nashville area
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends for oversight or emergencies
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting/budgeting) and experience with scheduling/operations software preferred
