Responsibilities

Be responsible for finding and evaluating great talent for a variety of positions
Create an exceptional candidate experience where great people learn more about Bikky and why we are working on meaningful problems
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' interest and experience, pitching the Bikky employer value prop
Source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms for hard-to-fill roles
Draft and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates
Work with leadership to make sure candidates are moving through our pipeline, while having an exceptional experience along the way
Coordinate interview schedules across multiple candidates and roles, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience in full-stack recruiting position
Experience recruiting for technical talent including software engineering roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional partner to hiring managers and references that can say you helped bring on exceptional talent
Excellent written and verbal communication
A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment
