Responsibilities
Perform configuration, integration, custom programming, and other hands-on technical activities in relation to implementation of ServiceNow
Implement ServiceNow customization's including: UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, workflow administration, and data import
Participate in full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training, and Operational support
Serve as an individual contributor or team member on Client ServiceNow engagements
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
ServiceNow SecOps & CSM Developer designing secure, scalable, and multi-tenant ServiceNow solutions for enterprise and service-provider environments
Specialized in SIR, TISC, Vulnerability Response, CSM portals, Domain Separation, and advanced integrations with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and threat-intel platforms
Strong background in building scoped apps, automation workflows, ACL-driven data access models, and CMDB service-provider architectures
Adept at developing in non-production environments with full SDLC, optimizing data flows, and delivering high-impact security operations use cases including SIEM ingestion, threat intelligence correlation, VR consolidation, and cross-instance task routing
Proven ability to translate complex security requirements into stable, automated, and customer-facing ServiceNow solutions
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years of ITSM or ServiceNow Development experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
Experience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environment
Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript: Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages
Modules: SecOps (SIR, TISC, VR, CC), CSM, CMDB, Domain Separation, Service Bridge, IRM, ITSM
Integrations: REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Server, SIEM/EDR integrations, Tenable, Qualys, Fortify
Threat Intel: Recorded Future, Sixgill, VirusTotal, Shodan, IntelX, Cylera
Development: Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Scoped Apps
UI/UX: Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspace, HTML/CSS/AngularJS
Security: ACLs, RBAC, Data Access Policies, Multi-tenant access
Analytics: Dashboards, Reports, Performance Analytics
Scripting: JavaScript, GlideRecord, JSON, XML
