Responsibilities

This role will handle sales and use tax compliance, and the preparation of monthly sales tax returns, which involves taking information from various data sources, processing through internal software
Preparing and validating a high volume of sales tax returns
Analyze data sets of varying degrees of complexity and troubleshoot inconsistencies using various processing documentation and methodologies
Leverage our internally developed processing software containing various exception points where a user will have to problem solve and perform some level of analysis and critical thinking

Qualification

ExcelAlteryxPowerBICommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Possess excellent communication skills with sharp attention to detail
Must be able to work with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
Technical Skills: excellent Excel skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred, but will also consider finance, business, and economics
Alteryx and PowerBI knowledge is a plus
