Responsibilities

Collaborate with investment operations, fund accounting, relationship managers, portfolio managers, custodians, and clients to collect, analyze, and communicate financial data impacting core transfer agent processes
Respond to inquiries related to cash and trade breaks, escalating complex issues as appropriate
Perform advanced data analysis, interpret trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and execute actionable recommendations
Serve as a subject matter expert in moderately complex transfer agent fund and cash operations
Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage complex transactions and resolve operational issues
Identify processing inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Ensure compliance with quality review procedures for data analysis and reporting
Lead business unit–specific projects and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives
Coordinate team members to ensure timely delivery of reports, materials, and project outcomes

Required

Strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills
Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial discipline required
2–4 years of financial and/or accounting experience required

Preferred

Experience with Transfer Agent systems (DST Systems, AWD Chorus, Same Day Cash Management)
Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI experience
Investment product knowledge
Process mapping and operational workflow analysis
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage escalations
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
Advanced degree in a financial discipline preferred
