Responsibilities

Developing and implementing a technology strategy that aligns with DSS’s business goals, objectives, and budget
Leading and managing technology teams to ensure projects meet business needs and deadlines within budget
Ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place and managing technology-related risks
Managing vendor relationships and establishing technology partnerships
Attracting skilled technology professionals and fostering their growth, including converting consultant lines into permanent positions
