InternYoung STEAMers is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to engaging STEAM learning experiences for youth. They are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant to support their officers with day-to-day operations and project management, offering hands-on experience in nonprofit operations.

Responsibilities
Support officers with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks
Assist in planning and coordinating programs, events, and meetings
Help manage communications with partners, volunteers, and stakeholders
Contribute to fundraising, grant tracking, and donor management as needed
Perform research, data entry, and reporting to support strategic initiatives
Take initiative on special projects that align with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Passion for STEAM education and youth empowerment
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools is a plus
Conversational Spanish is a plus
