Cullerton Group is seeking a Database Analyst / Programmer to support data analytics, reporting, and database development initiatives for operational teams. This role focuses on developing analytical SQL views, building Power BI dashboards, and supporting the growth of a Snowflake data environment.

Responsibilities

Develop analytical database views using SQL to support business reporting
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for end users
Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and operations teams to document data requirements
Support development and expansion of Snowflake database infrastructure
Participate in weekly DevOps reviews and task planning
Provide data views and insights used by downstream software and analytics tools
Assist with troubleshooting data issues and improving data quality

Qualification

SQLPower BISnowflakePythonData analysisAgile workflowsCommunication skillsDocumentation skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent analytics experience
2–3 years of analytics or data-related experience (internships and project experience accepted)
Strong working knowledge of SQL
Experience developing reports or dashboards using Power BI
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred

Experience with Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms
Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation
Exposure to DevOps or Agile development workflows
Experience working with manufacturing, quality, or operations data
