Responsibilities
Support a healthy workplace culture by managing employee relations, addressing complaints, and resolving conflicts fairly and promptly
Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs
Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable wage laws and internal company procedures
Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Track key employee data, including job classifications, pay rates, organizational changes, terminations, onboarding, and leaves of absence
Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs. Provide support during company-wide meetings such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and other benefit-related announcements
Assist with audits and ensure the timely completion of required reports
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist or administrative capacity
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience with the ADP Workforce Now HRIS platform
