5+ years expTechLine Consulting is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD infrastructure and cloud operations. This role requires technical expertise and strong leadership skills to manage a team of DevOps engineers while driving operational excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines that accelerate software delivery while maintaining quality and security standards
Manage cloud infrastructure across cloud infra (aws) ensuring reliability, cost optimization, and security compliance
Drive automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) and configuration management tools
Establish and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure system reliability and uptime
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to implement DevSecOps best practices
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance the DevOps toolchain
Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure, tools, and team resources
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or related technical roles
2+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, ELK stack)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Cloud certifications
Experience with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps culture transformation
Experience scaling DevOps practices in high-growth or enterprise environments
