Responsibilities
Hire, train, and ensure proper licensing for Pest Control Start Technicians, and lead weekly team meetings to provide ongoing support
Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians as needed and perform daily technician and customer audits to ensure quality service
Assist technicians in the field regularly, review accounts to ensure SCRs are being uploaded, and manage and audit technician routes throughout the day
Serve as the main point of contact for Start Technicians and Sales Managers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role
Driving record must meet the company's insurance standards
Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided)
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED, preferred
