Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for benefit escalations and case monitoring
Manage and update the bswift enrollment tool and assist with Open Enrollment readiness and testing
Review and update communications content related to benefits, including Open Enrollment materials and benefits website updates
Support compliance efforts related to healthcare and benefits legislation, including document review, coordination, and administration of compliance projects
Assist with special projects, including vendor RFPs, program implementations, and SOP creation and maintenance

Required

Strong knowledge of ERISA and applicable benefits regulations
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
Proficient in written and oral communication
4 years of US benefits administration experience, ideally with LOA administration knowledge
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8 years of relevant experience

Preferred

Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification
