RPO Program Manager

Truist Bank is seeking an RPO Program Manager to serve as the primary focal point for RPO vendor relationships related to high volume recruitment efforts. The role involves ensuring compliance with vendor management standards, driving vendor performance, and managing vendor risks while facilitating communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Creates, streamlines, and documents business unit specific processes, compliance reports and standard operating procedures, as required, to support the Corporate Vendor Management Program
Identifies and manages vendor risks per the Third Party Risk management policy and guidelines
Performs ongoing monitoring of vendor monitoring to include: Service levels Tracking/remediation, vendor performance management framework - scorecards, improvement plans, etc
Facilitates RPO vendor Quarterly Business reviews (QBRs), Archer maintenance, TPRM Archer maintenance and scorecard requirements
Works with second line of defense (e.g. Operational Risk Management (ORM), Compliance) to ensure corresponding risks are being managed and mitigated per second line expectations, and coordinate vendor risk reviews across second line of defense, IT Risk management functions
Acts as a Talent vendor consultant to business segment and/or function senior management and HR Business Partners in the design and implementation of customized solutions to meet the business objective, including but not limited to; resolving technical, operational or risk management challenges
Leads moderate-to-complex and visible projects with notable risk and complexity
Establishes and ensures efficiency of the Talent/RPO team policies and procedures that support optimal training and process-level documentation
Assists with the maintenance of formalized RPO procedure documents that support compliance risk governance framework to include monthly, quarterly, and annual updates and reviews
Serves as a vendor escalation point for vendor issues and risks and participate in vendor onsite reviews
Communicates overall relationship health and vendor performance to Talent Vendor Oversight Leader and Talent Senior Leadership
Facilitates sourcing requests for contract renewals on behalf of Talent, assists with RPO negotiations, and decision making in RPO vendor contracts, Master Agreements, and/or Statement of Work, and ensure contract compliance for documented terms and conditions
Develops and effectively execute on vendor contingency and termination/transition plans, and business continuity planning and testing

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related/ business experience
Four years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management
Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Access
Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; experience communicating frequently with HR leadership and HR partners
Strong analytical skills Project Management understanding, experience, and ability to manage projects with minimal direction
One year proven negotiation and consulting experience
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred

Two years of accounting or budgeting experience
Two years of proven project management experience or Six Sigma or Agile methodology certification (moderate complexity projects)
Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems and Recruiting related tools such as: Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, Video Interviewing technology
