Responsibilities

Creating Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) algorithms to significantly improve defensive capabilities for advanced missile threats

Extending and refining AI algorithms to new problems and domains

Working within an Agile DevSecOps environment

Qualification

Required

Strong background in math and/or algorithm development

Working experience in Python and Java programming

Experience with common software development and management tools such as Git, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, VSCode and Jupyter

DevSecOps experience including CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy

Effective oral and written communication skills

Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance

Preferred

Solid understanding of optimization and machine learning principles

NumPy and SciPy experience

Proficiency with one or more python deep learning libraries

Experience with physical modeling, simulation and differential equations

Client and server-side development experience

Experience with microservices designs and web APIs

Missile defense domain experience

Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts)

Experience with Risk Management Framework/STIG/Fortify mitigation
