YMCA of Greater Cleveland is a community-based organization dedicated to building healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. They are seeking a Member Service Representative responsible for enhancing member satisfaction through various interaction tasks, membership sales, and retention efforts.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Process payments and maintain balanced cash drawer and receipting according to procedures

Inform supervisor and co-workers of any dilemmas, concerns, and updates

Complete and accurate data entry and record maintenance for new members, renewals, program participants and guests. Systems training will be provided

Maintenance of all member resource information at front desk

Keep front desk and lobby area neat, clean and professional

Greet members and visitors according to YMCA guidelines

Required

At least 16 years of age

Strong customer service skills

Cash management experience

Organized and able to follow directions

Friendly, outgoing personality

Comfortable working in a membership driven environment

Ability to perform multiple tasks in diverse situations successfully

Computer and keyboarding experience

Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
