Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
Assist in supervising laboratory staff and workflows
Perform duties of Section Supervisor when absent

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in clinical technology or a related science
Minimum of 4 years of relevant hospital laboratory experience
Current NYS Laboratory License or eligibility
Preferred
ASCP or NCA Certification
