Responsibilities
Act as the Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead , owning end-to-end functional design and solution delivery
Lead requirements gathering sessions with program management, finance, contracts, and compliance teams
Design and configure Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including:
Project Financial Management
Project Costing
Project Billing
Grants Management
Resource Management
Apply Aerospace & Defense–specific project and financial expertise, including:
Government contracting and cost-plus project structures
FAR, DFARS, and CAS compliance
Program- and contract-based project accounting
Define and support integration touchpoints between Oracle Cloud PPM and Financials (GL, AP, AR)
Support project setup standards, cost controls, burdening, capitalization, and revenue recognition
Lead or support data migration, project reconciliation, and testing cycles (SIT, UAT)
Partner with technical teams on PPM-related reports, dashboards, and integrations
Support end-user training, documentation, and go-live readiness activities
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status is Required
Project Portfolio Management (PPM) within the Aerospace & Defense industry is required!
8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM
Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect on multiple Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
Direct experience supporting Aerospace & Defense or government contracting organizations
Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, cost controls, and contract billing
Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and related A&D compliance frameworks
Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract environment
Preferred
Experience integrating Oracle Cloud PPM with Financials, SCM, or Manufacturing
Experience with large-scale ERP or multi-project, multi-entity environments
Oracle Cloud PPM certification(s)
Prior experience in regulated or secure environments
