Bayforce is seeking a Master Data Consultant focused on BAU tasks to help free internal staff for project-related work. The role involves creating and updating master data, setting up new financial elements, and ensuring data integrity through various checks and reviews.

Responsibilities

Create and update Master Data

Set up new GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, legal entities and other finance master data elements

Process changes for organization structures and hierarchies (company codes, business units)

Palidate requests for completeness and compliance with financial standards

Check for duplicates and ensure proper hierarchy alignment

Perform periodic reviews to confirm data integrity

Route requests through appropriate approval workflows

Troubleshoot errors in master data setup

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve data issues or system issues

Participate and develop presentation materials for master data governance forums

Qualification

Hyperion DRMOracle EDMSAP ECCSAP BWSharepointIndependent work

Required

Bachelor's Degree required

Must have experience with Hyperion DRM & Oracle EDM

Must have experience with SAP ECC- prior experience working with data

Ability to work independently
