Responsibilities

Research target accounts and market trends to identify business opportunities

Prospect and engage key decision-makers using personalized outreach strategies

Schedule meetings for the global solutions team and increase RFP (Request for Proposal) activity

Track and update all business development activities in HubSpot CRM

Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and pipeline progress

Help organize client engagement activities such as webinars and industry events

Regularly review metrics, report results, and support proposal development

Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Teams, and Outlook for daily tasks and collaboration

Required

1-3 years of staffing/agency experience in recruitment, sales development, or account management within life sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostics) or workforce solutions sectors

Experience in supporting or selling Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions or consulting services in Life Sciences

Strong outbound prospecting and targeting skills

Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM for sales tracking
