This role involves providing remote technical support and requires a mechanically inclined and customer-focused individual capable of working independently.

Responsibilities
Provide professional onsite customer service and technical support
Diagnose and repair equipment using diagnostic tools and visual assessment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Install, configure, and update hardware/software systems
Submit accurate and detailed service reports
Deliver customer training on equipment operation and maintenance
Support documentation updates and technical guides
Use CorelDraw/Illustrator for basic design or configuration tasks
Safely lift up to 70 lbs
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings
Proficiency with computers and diagnostic tools
Must hold a valid and clean driver's license
Associate degree or technical school training in Engineering or related field
Hands-on experience with electronics, wiring, mechanics, or digital circuits
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Preferred
Experience with CO2 and/or fiber laser systems preferred
Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools: CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, MasterCAM, AlphaCAM, etc
Salesforce experience is a plus
