Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Responsibilities
Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned
Provide direct supervision of coordinator and specialist positions within the department
Implement established Performance Improvement policies and procedures at Rosecrance
Assist in coordinating all Performance Improvement activities at Rosecrance
Coordinate compilation of data, preparation of summary reports and analyzing the same to determine trends, patterns of care or problems affecting one or more departments, services or programs
Maintain department, services, and program records on pertinent Performance Improvement activities and their effect on patient care for Rosecrance
Function as a resource for the preparation of department, service, and program key indicators and evaluation thresholds and other Performance Improvement related information
Conduct staff development training appropriate to educate professional and support staff regarding Performance Improvement procedures and activities
Coordinate Professional Service Committee activities relating to agenda items, unresolved problems, opportunities to improve patient care, and maintaining meeting minutes and records
Prepare quarterly and annual Performance Improvement Evaluation Reports, external agency reports and other reports as assigned
Attend relevant performance improvement committees
Create and distribute weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports reflecting areas for improvement and quality related topics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health related field, Social Service, or Business
Must possess NiaTX, Lean Six Sigma, or other change management certification
Extensive experience working in quality/performance improvement
Working knowledge of The Joint Commission, DASA/SUPR, DMH, DHS, and/or other regulatory standards
Must have experience and knowledge of the Joint Commission Survey process
Proven track record of supervisory experience and leading a team of professionals
Experience in training, adult learning, or education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Record software, as well as Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel
