Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities across retail and manufacturing processes
Conduct process discovery, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessments to prioritize automation use cases
Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and assist in Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with technical teams
Act as a liaison between business users and RPA developers to ensure accurate and complete requirement translation
Support change management, training, and adoption efforts for automation initiatives
Monitor automation performance against business KPIs and recommend improvements
Contribute to the development of automation roadmaps and reusable assets within the CoE
Explore integration of Agentic AI capabilities to enhance automation with intelligent decision-making
Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
Coordinate between business stakeholders, RPA developers, and infrastructure teams
Drive governance, compliance, and risk management for automation initiatives
Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives
Facilitate workshops, training, and change management for successful adoption
Contribute to automation roadmap planning and integration of advanced AI capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at recent 2 years in UIPath-related roles
Person with direct recent UiPath experience
Need to have enterprise experience working with multiple Business Units
Experience in documenting business processes and creating PDDs
Familiarity with retail/manufacturing operations and automation use cases
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Need to have worked in consumer electronics domain or at least in major enterprise Software Developments
Preferred
Exposure to hybrid automation environments and Agentic AI concepts
Experience working in a CoE or enterprise automation setup
Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions
Strong presentation skills for client interactions and proposal support
