Information Technology & Services
Responsibilities
Provide barber/beautician services to patients at Logansport State Hospital including, but not limited to, haircuts, permanents, S-Curl, relaxers, color, sets and beard trimming
Maintain a current license while contracted with the LSH
Assist LSH to ensure accurate inventory is maintained
Participate in orientation and trainings such as Bridge Building and CPR
Qualification
Required
Valid Indiana beautician license
Experienced beautician specializing in African American women's hair care
Preferred
CPR Certification
Prior experience working in a LTC or residential facility
Benefits
Orientation, to include trainings such as Bridge Building and CPR, will be provided at the start of employment, as needed, and annually. These trainings are at no cost to the contracted barber/beautician.
Trainings are at no cost to the candidate.
